An observer is usually a local researcher or students doing a masters or a PhD, employees of NGOs or associations (CSO), civil servants (from another minister) etc...
One or several observers present at each event are in charge of witnessing, reporting and assessing the effectiveness of the meeting and of the people there.

Our aim is top provide a range of practical support to our members, and to promote transparency, accountability, absenteeism assessment, good practices in the work place as a practical and effective way of dealing with corruption in the workplace
